When I lived in Spain in 2005 I hiked 100 miles on the primitive path of a pilgrimage in Northern Spain through all types of terrain and weather. Throughout our journey I met people from all over the world and learned so much about myself and the power of endurance.

To this day it was both physically and mentally the most difficult thing I have ever done. Whenever I think about taking of risks or that I may be trying to do something that doesn't seem possible I think about the final few steps I was taking descending into the city of Santiago as my knees were giving out on and tears were streaming from my face and thinking I could not walk one more step.

But when I looked down into the beautiful city I felt like I had conquered the world, and I am always reminding myself that anything big or small IS possible as long as you can dedicate both your mind and body you can accomplish anything you heart desires.
